Since April 2023, I have kept a prayer journal—just a simple notebook containing some daily prayers. It has been interesting to see how my wording changes as I write them compared to what I would typically say quietly to myself. It has also been enjoyable to go back later and read some of them, noting the ones God answered and seeing what transpired for the ones he didn’t answer.
